2003-2005 Strategic Plan

Monroe County Public Library's 2003-2005 Strategic Plan is the result of a year-long planning process by trustees, library staff, and community members. It was approved by the Board of Trustees on February 20, 2003.

Driven by a community vision for the library, and expressing a core set of library goals, the plan focuses on enhancing access, providing responsive service, making the library a central gathering place, and effectively using resources to achieve excellence.

The Strategic Plan is available as a PDF file to download, requiring Adobe Acrobat Reader or as a web page. A print copy of the plan may be obtained in the administrative offices of the main library, or at the Ellettsville branch.
