Drunken Master
Jackie Chan combines amazing acrobatic skill with slapstick humor in a style all his own. Many fans consider this kick-fest to be his best work. He plays a rowdy, undisciplined punk sent to live with his kung fu-teaching uncle (a man famous for crippling his students). There Chan learns a rare form of kung fu best performed after a few sips of booze. He must then use the techniques against assassins seeking revenge.

Enter the Dragon
Bruce Lee goes to the island fortress of a crime warlord who disguises his illegal activities as a martial arts academy. Determined to avenge the death of his sister, Lee penetrates the stronghold and enters a brutal martial arts tournament. The fighting sequences, staged by Lee himself, demonstrate the skills of karate, judo, tai kwan do, tai chichuan, and hapkido.

House of Flying Daggers
In China during the Tang Dynasty the government is weak and corrupt. An army of rebels called "The House of the Flying Daggers" fights against the government military forces, and steals from the rich to give to the poor. Two captains of the government army plot a scheme against the rebels using the blind dancer Mei to approach their leaders, but their love for her leads them to tragedy.

Iron Monkey
A dazzling take on Robin Hood set in a 19th-century Canton township tells the story of Dr. Yang, who dons black tights and a bandit mask for nightly excursions as the Iron Monkey to rob from the thieving governor and give to the poor. Plenty of splashy, stylish battles with an emphasis on elaborate wire work and complicated stunts--notably the spectacular finale in a fiery inferno as the heroes leap above the flames, balanced on burning poles.

Kung Fu Hustle
Set in 1940s Canton this comical movie takes all things martial arts to the extreme while telling the story of wannabe gangster Sing whose actions cause a war between the notorious Axe Gang and resident slum lords (who turn out to be disguised Kung Fu masters!).

Ong Bak: The Thai Warrior
Raw action without wires, Tony Jaa brings a new type of martial arts to the big screen in style. Muay Thai (Thai Boxing) is stronger and more direct than the Chinese styles of Bruce Lee and Jackie Chan, giving a new look to martial arts movies .

Seven Samurai
Seven Samurai is a sprawling epic that lasts an outstanding 3 hours and 27 minutes. Set in the 16th century, this film tells the story of a defenseless village that seeks the help of seven unemployed "Ronin" (masterless samurai) to protect them and teach them how to fight against raiding thieves.
