Call to Order

The work session was called to order at 5:47pm in the Board Room by Secretary Penny Austin.

Library Capital Project Fund Proposal

Cindy Gray presented a proposal for the Library Capital Project Fund and distributed a draft of the plan for 2008-2010, and a timeline for the plan.

Discussion followed.

The Board decided to schedule a meeting on March 7, at 5:45pm for a work session to review the proposal.
