Vice President Linda Hunt called the meeting to order at 7:00pm.
Bob Guindon and Kathy Ritchie presented information on the 2nd floor renovation. The total estimated cost for construction and furnishings is $526,380.
Discussion followed.
Cindy Gray presented information on proposals that had been received for the strategic plan.
Discussion followed. The Board encouraged Cindy to follow-up with Sara Laughlin and ETC.
The meeting adjourned at 7:45pm.
