Attendance: Penny Austin, Linda Hunt, Steve Moberly, Randy Paul, Fred Risinger, and Janice Stockton.
Absent: John Walsh.
Staff: Cindy Gray (joined the meeting at 8:35pm).
Others: Tom Bunger, legal counsel for the library, of the firm of Bunger and Robertson.
Call to Order: President Steve Moberly called the meeting to order at 8:20pm in the Board Room.
Executive Session Discussion: Persuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9), the Library Board had discussion regarding a job performance evaluation of individual employees.
Adjournment: The Executive Session adjourned at 9:15pm.; CERTIFICATION: Pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(d), the governing body of the library certifies that no subject matter was discussed at the July 25, 2007 Executive Session other than the subject matter specified in the public notice of the Executive Session, to-wit: IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9)
