Attendance: Penny Austin, Linda Hunt, Steve Moberly, Randy Paul, Fred Risinger, Janice Stockton, and John Walsh.
Staff: There were no staff present.
Others: Tom Bunger and Jim Whitlatch, legal counsel for the library, of the firm of Bunger and Robertson.
Call to Order: President Steve Moberly called the meeting to order at 7:30pm in the Board Room.
Discussion: Executive Session Discussion: Pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(5), the library board received information about and conducted an interview of a prospective employee.
Adjournment: The meeting adjourned at 8:45pm.; CERTIFICATION: Pursuant to IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(d), the governing body of the library certifies that no subject matter was discussed at the August 29, 2007 Executive Session other than the subject matter specified in the public notice of the Executive Session, to-wit: IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(9)
