Call to Order

President Steve Moberly called the meeting to order at 1:00pm in Program Room 2B.

Personnel Matters

Vice President Linda Hunt moved that the library employ Sara Laughlin as the MCPL Interim Director, effective September 1, 2007. The motion was seconded by Fred Risinger, Randy Paul, Janice Stockton, and Penny Austin.

There was no discussion and the motion passed unanimously on a voice vote.

President Steve Moberly made brief remarks regarding the selection of Sara Laughlin, and then he introduced Sara Laughlin who made remarks.

There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 1:10pm.
