Attendance: Penny Austin, David Ferguson, Stephen Moberly, Randy Paul, Fred Risinger, Janice Stockton, and John Walsh
Call to Order: President John Walsh called the meeting to order.
Election of President and Secretary of Board of Finance: Penny Austin moved; Fred Risinger seconded nomination of John Walsh as president of the Board of Finance and Steve Moberly as secretary of the Board of Finance for 2009. Motion carried unanimously.
Review Investment Policy and Report: Sara Laughlin reported there are no changes proposed for the list of banks and funds.
Adjounment: Meeting adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
