Public Use of Meeting Rooms

The library provides meeting rooms as part of its mission to be a gathering space. Meeting rooms are available to all community nonprofit groups. To be eligible to reserve a meeting room, you must have a library card from MCPL and be at least 18 years old. Please read the Meeting Room Policy for full information.

The following meeting rooms are available for the public. Room reservations may be made up to three months in advance.

There are several different ways you may submit a room reservation request to MCPL:

To Reserve the Art Gallery and Other Display Spaces

You may submit an online reservation request. You also can request use of the Art Gallery through Administration, 349-3050. Requests should be made at least one month prior to the exhibit. Art Gallery applications are available at Administration. To request use of teen exhibit space, call 349-3228. For use of the Ellettsville Branch display case, call 876-1272.

To Request CATS Coverage of Your Meeting

The Monroe County Public Library's Community Access Television Services (CATS) provides video coverage of community events, lectures and meetings. All requests need to be made in person in the CATS department a minimum of three weeks prior to the date of the meeting or event. For questions regarding a request for CATS coverage, contact the Production Manager at 349-3111.
