Public Use of Meeting Rooms

The library makes its meeting rooms available during library hours to Monroe County nonprofit groups and local units of government free of charge. Rooms at the Main Library are available to local businesses for a fee established annually by the Board of Trustees. To reserve space for a group, you must have a library card from MCPL and be at least 18 years old. Please read the Meeting Room Policy.

Meeting Room Space at Main Library

Meeting room space, including the Auditorium, can be reserved for groups of 4 to 144 up to 90 days in advance. Requests should be made one week in advance.

Meeting Room Space at Ellettsville Branch

The Ellettsville Branch has only one room for both library programs and meetings. Public use of this space is limited to nonprofit groups. Call the Branch at (812) 876-1272.
