Main Library Adult Program

The Center for Sustainable Living is celebrating its twentieth year in Bloomington. Started by three local women in 1992, the Center has empowered the creative people of Bloomington to develop projects that encourage sustainability, for example, the Community Bicycle Project, Bloomington Transportation Options for People, the Southern Indiana Renewable Energy Network, Bloomington Habitat Stewards, Grow Organic Educator Series, Local First Indiana, and many more. Join us as we celebrate the communityÂ’s commitment to sustainability and ask community members to take time from their busy schedules and brainstorm with us about how to bring sustainable practices into the mainstream.
