I had read another book from Lisa Yee, and I realized that there was a series of books from her. I like the first book I read, which was "Millicent Min, Girl Genius." So I knew that the other book would be interesting too.
This story is about a boy named Stanford Wong who has flunked English. He can't let anybody know that, because he's got a whole basketball team who will not like a boy that flunked, and Emily Ebers will never like him if he's stupid. As he makes up lies and feels guilty for himself, something makes everything normal.
I like this story because this book is in a diary/journal form. It describes the feeling of Stanford.
This book is actually connected to some other books by Lisa Yee, so if you liked this book, other books will be fun too! :)
