MCSLBA is organized exclusively for charitable purposes under Section 501 (c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any future federal tax code. The charitable purpose is to provide a means whereby young adults playing ages 13-18 can play the game of baseball in an organized manner, under the instruction and supervision of qualified coaches. Futher, to aid these children to develp athletic skills and a sense of citizenship, sportsmanship and fair play.
