2018 Summer Reading Games for Everyone

Libraries Rock!

Libraries Rock! We have game boards, reading challenges, and prizes for all ages. The summer reading game runs May 25–July 30.

Children: Earn points and prizes by keeping a reading list, attending Library programs, taking weekly challenges, and answering computer questions. Prizes awarded at 5, 10, and 15. Children earn a brand new paperback book at 25 points! Learn more.

Teens:  Earn points and prizes by reading books, attending programs, volunteering, and creating a project in Level Up—the Library's digital creativity center. Teens earn a brand new paperback book at 10 points. All entries are entered into the drawing for one of three grand prizes: three month subscription to OwlCrate, 3D pen and a special 3D printed object, or a Nintendo Switch! Learn more.

Adults: It’s past time for letting kids monopolize summer reading fun at the Library! Get your Adult Summer Reading Playlist and see how libraries rock! Read or listen to a book in at least five of the eight categories listed (or attend Library programs) to win a prize! All finishers will be entered in a drawing to win a gift card. Every book read or program attended counts as one entry. Learn more.

Summer Reading Program funding is provided by the Friends of The Library. Join the Friends of the Library today!
