Join the fun! Read books, win a prize, and help build a better world!

The Library donates to the Center for Sustainable Living for every reading challenge you complete. A local nonprofit organization with more than 20 years of experience, the Center for Sustainable Living promotes sustainable living and community engagement with caring for our Earth.

The Summer Reading Game runs through July 31. Pick up and turn in entries at the Main Library, Ellettsville Branch, Bookmobile, or online (below).

All library programs, performances, and classes are FREE and open to the public.

Funding is provided by the Friends Of The Library. Get involved! Join the Friends of the Library.

Complete as many challenges as you wish. Prizes can be picked up at the Main Library or Ellettsville Branch.

Challenge 1
Read or listen to a book about people who have changed the world.
Challenge 2
Use a book to learn a new skill or to complete a DIY project.
Challenge 3
Read or listen to a book about something that makes you happy.
Challenge 4
Read or listen to a book about something or someone who inspires you.
Challenge 5
Listen to something that soothes your soul.
Bonus Challenge
Explore a new world by checking out a game from the Library’s new Adult Video Game collection.
