The Friends annual meeting is an opportunity to celebrate the Friends' accomplishments and contributions to Library collections, services, programs, and staff development. The event is free and open to the public. Socialize with other supporters, and meet and talk with board members, the Library Director, and guest speakers at the reception that follows.
Previous speakers include Michael Koryta, Adrian Matejka, Angelo Pizzo, Elsa Marston Harik, James Madison, James Alexander Thom, Michael Shelden, Adeleke Adeyemi, and Scott Russell Sanders.
The annual meeting this year is at the new Southwest Branch.
