Why did you decide to read this book? Did a friend suggest it? Did it have an interesting cover?:
My mom suggested me to read it. It has been a classic children's book in France for years.
What is the story about?/What happened in the story?:
Nicholas is about a about a boy named Nicholas who is a troublemaker. Almost every day, he gathers with his class "gang" and "play". It turns out, pretty much every time, their playing is about over, trouble springs to life. And in the end, there is always confusion, such as where they went, what bad things they have done... at least for their parents and teachers.
Why did you like this story? or Why did you not like this story?:
I thought this book was one of the best books I have ever read this year. It is funny, hilarious, and it will definitely make you laugh too!
Other thoughts or feelings about this story? Anything else to add?:
This book was originally written in French and translated into English. It is one of the books in the Nicholas series. If you like this book, just like me, be sure to read other books too, such as Nicholas Again and Nicholas on Vacation.
