My sister said that it was an amazing book, so she kind of forced me to read it.
What is the story about?/What happened in the story?:
The story is about a young kid named Charlie Laird who keeps having nightmares about a witch who wants to lock him in a cage. His is certain that his stepmother is working for the witch because of the similarities that they share.
Why did you like this story? or Why did you not like this story?:
I loved the story, it was well thought out and was a page turner. I had a good plot with creative characters.
Other thoughts or feelings about this story? Anything else to add?:
There is some heartbreaking stuff in the story, like one of my favorite characters "dies" (he doesn't really die, he goes to this place called the dream realm, hard to explain).
