Public Meeting Rooms

All public meeting rooms are now available to reserve for use starting July 19, with the exception of room 214. Get current service information.

Public Use of Meeting Rooms

Our meeting rooms are available during regular Library hours to Monroe County nonprofit groups and local units of government free of charge. Rooms are available to local businesses for a fee established annually by the Board of Trustees. To reserve space, you must have a Monroe County Public Library card and be at least 18 years old. Please read the meeting room policy.

 

Meeting Room Space at Main Library

Meeting room space, including the Auditorium, can be reserved for groups of 4 to 144 up to 90 days in advance. Requests should be made at least one week in advance.

 

Meeting Room Space at Ellettsville Branch

The Ellettsville Branch has one shared room for Library programs and meetings. Public use of this space is limited to nonprofit groups.
