Overall: Very creative story: based on that if the Greek gods and godess's are real. Lightning thief: Opens the gate to the fascinating story; reveals the antagonist Sea of Monsters & Titan's Curse: Flame of battle is igniting; continues to introduce the Greek gods Battle of Labyrinth: Fully describes the image of dark, spooky labyrinth Last Olympian: In the small city of New York, Riordan specificly describes the battle in a short amount of pages.

I desided to read this book at age 7. It had been recommended by former friend. The cover somes up the book wounderfully. This book touck me into a howl new world. The mytholilgy had the perfect micx of roemas and conflict.    
What is the story about?/What happened in the story?: 
This story is about the start of the long jorny Percy and his friends will face in this series and the seqil series. Whith there worst enemy's and there worst enimys to come this all your fers combined + SACKROEFISES!!

It's just amazing I just got hocked.

I was looking for a book to read when librarian comes up and asks me if I was looking for a book she suggested Percy Jackson.    
What is the story about?/What happened in the story?: 
Percy figures out hes a half-blood/demigod, then his mom gets taken by a monster and to Hades.So now Percy is going to the under world to get her back   
Why did you like this story? or Why did you not like this story?: 
Its very suspenseful,FUNNY!!!,Adventurous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!and extra extra AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I read the first book in the 4th grade and i was hooked and went on with more words to read and books to read. i read all the books from the heroes to Olympus-to Percy Jackson.    
What is the story about?/What happened in the story?: 
i thought that the author put a lot of work into the books and tries his best to get fans of his books.    
Why did you like this story? or Why did you not like this story?: 
I liked that he added a lot action, suspense, and a little romance. (But not a lot of it)   
Other thoughts or feelings about this story? Anything else to add?: 
That he became so popular, that he started a camp half blood in Texas.

In this book Percy has been told all his life he is not a normal kid then, one day he is on vacation with his mom. During this shortened vacation he battles the Minotaur, gets to camp half-blood, and on top of it all loses his mother to Hades' kingdom. He is then challenged with a quest to get the stolen property of a god back before the summer solstice, he can bring two friends and choose his weapons. But can he get his mother and the stolen property before a huge war breaks out between the gods? Read the book and find out.    
Would you recommend this book?: 
I would recommend this book to those who like love, adventure, and monsters.

This book is about a boy, Percy Jackson, who finds out that he is a half-blood, half a greek god. Percy is the son of Posiedon, the god of water. Percy has been framed of stealing one of Zues's lightning bolts, and his mother is taken by Hades, the god of the Underworld. He sets out to save her with his friends, Grover, a satyr, and Annabeth, the daughter of Atheena. And that's when the adventure begins.    
Would you recommend this book?: 
I would recommend this book to any one who likes adventure, mystery, or is interested in mythical legends.
