The Bloomington Winter Farmers’ Market exists to extend the farmers’ market season and increase the availability of fresh produce and other local products throughout the four seasons of the year.
The Farm to Family Fund is designed both to make healthful, sustainably produced food more available to low-income households and to support our local, sustainable food system, especially our farmers who take the risk of producing food during the winter months. At the close of Bloomington farmers’ markets, we purchase produce, eggs, and dairy that farmers wish to sell at half price. This food is donated to The Rise, the Community Kitchen of Monroe County, Mother Hubbard’s Cupboard, and Hoosier Hills Food Bank.
The Local Growers' Guild is a cooperative of farmers in southern and central Indiana. Our mission is to educate, support, and connect local growers, consumers, businesses and communities about the importance of locally grown food. Our members include growers, businesses, and community members.

The Cooperative Extension Service is one of the nation's largest providers of scientific research-based information and education. It's a network of colleges, universities, and the U.S. Department of Agriculture, serving communities and counties across America.
We are committed to providing high quality technical assistance, conservation planning and program information support to private land users. Together we can meet the changing challenges in managing Indiana's natural resources.
People’s Cooperative Market strives to work towards intersectional anti-racism, create space for food justice work, create meaningful collaborations, build equity, cultivate liberation, and ensure access to local food, art, and education. Join us every Saturday at 1st United church for the Farmer’s market. Preorder online by Wednesday for Saturday delivery or pick up! Sponsor a box of local produce, bread, eggs, dairy or meet for hungry Hoosiers in our local community while you shop for your weekly CSA.
