Volunteer Orientation provides information about Monroe County Public Library and VITAL, an overview of adult literacy issues, and the expectations of volunteers, learners, and staff involved. Orientation is mandatory before volunteering in VITAL. During Orientation you will choose the the type of training you wish to receive:Basic Literacy tutor training for native English speakers, or ENL (English as a New Language) tutor training.
