Level Up is an all-ages digital creativity center for video and music production, graphic and web design, memory preservation, 3D printing, and coding and game creation. It is located on the first floor of the Downtown Library and features a video production studio with a green screen, two audio production studios, and four digital creativity workstations with Adobe Creative Cloud.
Reserving the Video and Audio Production Studios
- Available time slots: 60, 90, or 120-minute reservations
- Maximum occupancy:
- Audio studios: Four people
- Video studio: Eight people
- Reservation limits:
- Patrons may make one reservation per day.
- Patrons may make a reservation on the same day or the next day, but no more than 24 hours in advance of the desired time.
- Reservations are released after 15 minutes of the scheduled start time if the user has not arrived.
- Patrons will be asked to exit the studios 10 minutes prior to closing time.
- Reserve a studio in Level Up at the Downtown Library or reserve your space online with your library card.
Reserving Computers
- Available equipment: Four iMacs and two MacBook Pros
- Available time slots: Two-hour reservations with a library card
- For media creation only
You can log in to any Digital Creativity Workstation at Level Up. When all workstations are in use, you may reserve the next available one. Priority is given to those using the workstations for creative purposes. While consuming media (surfing the web, watching videos) is permitted, you may be asked to move to a different area if all computers are full.
