Rosetta Stone

 

Learn to speak a new language with confidence with Rosetta Stone! Instruction is offered in 24 world languages and is broken down into 10-minute, bite-sized lessons focusing on speaking and pronunciation. The Library's access includes lessons in 15 different languages up to level three and nine additional languages up to level five.

Getting Started

Go to the Rosetta Stone website and create an account. Once you have an account, you can continue to use Rosetta Stone on your computer or download the app to use on mobile devices.

Accessing Rosetta Stone with the Mobile App

1. Download the app to on your mobile device. Do NOT open the app yet.

     

    
2. On your device's mobile browser, select this Rosetta Stone access link.
3. On the access link page, select "Rosetta Stone Library Solution."
   1. You will have to create an Access Indiana account. Follow the on-screen steps, including entering the code that gets sent to your email address.
   2. After creating your Access Indiana account, you'll have to log into it.
   3. Once you are logged in, you'll be redirected to select "Rosetta Stone Library Solution."
4. Enter your chosen Access Indiana email address and password on the EBSCO/Rosetta Stone landing page. 
5. After authenticating beyond the landing page, click on "Launch Rosetta Stone Foundations." A pop-up may ask if you want to open in the Rosetta Stone app. Click open to launch the app automatically on your device.

Note: If accessing on a Kindle or Nook device, you are directed to the main page of the app store for your device. Mobile app is compatible with iOS 16 or later and Android 14 or later.
