ABLES (Autism/Aspergers Better Living Empowerment Society)

Description

ABLES is a social support group for adults (age 18+) on the autism spectrum. This support group does not "teach" social skills, just provides a non-judgemental group for socialization. The group meets monthly for meals and conversation on the first Wednesday of the month at the College Mall Food Court at 5:30 pm. We also have activities monthly, chosen by members, such as visits to museums, attending sporting events, fishing, swimming, bowling, cookouts, and holiday parties. Communication with members is via e-mail.
