Creature Comforts

Description

 

Creature Comforts is a group of volunteers who make and sell small quilts for pets (or for babies or to use as wall hangings). Money raised by the sale of the quilts goes to the Monroe County Humane Association and to the Cincinnati Zoo Angel fund which buys habitat for cheetahs. Quilts are displayed and sold at Bloomington Veterinary Hospital on Smith Road.

Dedicated to promoting the visual arts at Indiana University, the Friends of Art at Indiana University has supported art history and studio art students at Indiana University sinc 1965.

Generously supporting studio art and art history undergraduate and graduate students is FoA's most important goal. Friends of Art Awards help to fund creative activities, research travels, and scholarships while forging connections between Indiana University and Institutions and sites around the world.
