Probationers are referred to various agencies to complete Court ordered community service hours. The agency representative is responsible for supervision and documentation of hours worked by participants. More than forty agencies in the community are involved with the program. In 1997 a new user fee of $1 per each hour ordered was placed into effect to help cover expenses of operation. As of July 1, 2002 the fee was increased to $2 per hour.
