The "Imagine Your Story" Summer Reading Game for children ages 1–12 runs June 1–July 31, 2020. Pick up a game board at the Main Library, Ellettsville Branch, or Bookmobile to get started.

Earn points and prizes by keeping a reading list, attending programs, taking weekly challenges, and discovering something new. Prizes are awarded at 5, 10, and 15 points. When you reach 20 points, you become a Reader to the Rescue and the Library makes a monetary donation to a local organization to celebrate your reading achievement. At 25 points, you get to choose a brand new paperback book from the prize collection!

The Summer Reading Game is designed for school-age children in grades K–6. Families can adapt the program for pre-readers by reading aloud to their infants and toddlers. Record your progress on the Summer Reading Game board in the way that suits you best.

Summer Reading Game funding is provided by the Friends of the Library. Become a Friend today!
