Everyone deserves the chance to feel supported in their post-graduation plans and feel confident in their independence. With the understanding that post-secondary education is not the best fit for everyone's education or career goals, this guide covers a variety of resources for job seekers, as well as resources for education options, including community colleges, trade and vocational schools, and four-year colleges and universities.

Whether your plans after high school involve some kind of formal training program, pursuing additional schooling, or you plan to start building your career after graduation, this guide contains online resources, local and national organizations, and life skills resources that will help you as you identify your education needs and prepare for career opportunities, while also providing extra support for life outside of the classroom and workplace.
