Community Resources
- Counsel in the Court: advice and help with paperwork on a first-come, first-served basis at the Monroe County Justice Building on Fridays at 10 AM
- Indiana Legal Services (Bloomington): services by appointment—free for those who are income eligible
- Immigrants' and Language Rights Center (Indianapolis): a statewide legal assistance call center for income eligible immigrants and those with limited English proficiency (staff speak 170 different languages)
- Immigrant Welcome Center (Indianapolis): offers a variety of services including virtual citizenship classes, help completing the N-400 form, and a multi-lingual helpline, available Monday–Friday from 9–5 PM. Call the toll-free number at 1-866-711-1342.
