Walk, Bike, or Drive-Up Window
Contactless pickup is available through the drive-up window at the Downtown Library if you prefer not to enter the Library buildings. You may walk, bike, or drive up to the window.
To reserve items, please place a hold through our online catalog, selecting “Drive-Up Window” as your location. Please wait until you receive a notification that your hold is ready, then walk, bike, or drive up to the window during open Library hours. You do not need to make an appointment, but you will need to have your library card available.
Some items can not be placed on hold for pickup at the Drive-Up Window due to their size or shape. Items prohibited include items from the following collections: Adult Book Club Kits, Library of Things, Juvenile Big Books, and Juvenile Storytime Kits.
