eLibrary Resources
We have several resources in our eLibrary where you can access magazine and newspaper articles in addition to many other types of information for free with your Library card. If you want to start with a more manageable list, try looking through this list of popular eLibrary resources for use in school work and for independent study.

SuperKids Math Worksheet Creator
Create and print free worksheets to practice adding, subtracting and other math skills away from the computer. (An answer sheet is available with some worksheets so you can check your work, too.)

Written for a tween audience, the resources offered on this page are great to use with your student or child to work on reports and for other information gathering projects. Here you’ll also find information on how to cite sources and how to evaluate information found online.
Indiana Room
The Library's Indiana Room is a special collection gathering materials specific to Monroe Country like old yearbooks, obituaries, maps, and historical newspapers, as well as other cultural materials. This is a great resource if you are researching a topic specific to Monroe Country. However, the collection is geared towards Teens and Adults, so your child or student may need assistance with the resource.

Brainfuse HelpNow
Brainfuse HelpNow is an all-in-one suite of tutoring services designed for a wide range of academic needs—whether it’s tackling a tough homework problem, mastering a particular topic, or writing a paper. The Brainfuse full-service test center offers practice tests for all levels in math, reading, and writing as well as college preparatory tests, including the SAT. Live tutoring sessions are available daily 2–11 PM EST.
Wide Open School
Wide Open School is a free collection of the online learning experiences for kids curated by the editors at Common Sense Media, an educational organization dedicated to helping children and families make good media choices and become smart, safe users of online resources. Wide Open School features videos and other content featuring activities that can be completed offline and on smartphones, as well as bilingual and English-language learner resources. This side includes content for PreK-Grade 12.
PBS Learning Media
This site organizes educational materials and activities by grade level (Pre K–Grade 12) and subject matter, syncs with Google Classroom and includes Spanish Language content. See also the PBS Parents which features a way to search for activities by age level and topic. This side includes content for PreK-Grade 12.
